Our Global Work
Irish Jesuits International invests in programmes in education, protection, and the promotion of health and well-being for communities that are poor and marginalised. We support Jesuit projects that help people to create safe, resilient and sustainable communities that enable them to thrive. Our funding also supports Jesuit pastoral programmes.
In 2023 we invested €1.8 million which directly affected the lives of more than 160,000 people, through 45 development programmes in 14 countries.
Education
Education currently remains our key priority as we support partners in nursery, primary, secondary, and tertiary education as well as vocational skills training.
